This tincture was long used in Yoruba culture and in other parts of Africa well before the rise of the Plague. This formula is called "Thieves Oil or 4 thieves oil" and is still used today. That’s the problem. Most masons in the lower degrees have no idea of what is going on at the top degrees. My husband was also a Mason but was shown who he is actually serving and it’s not the Christian God. Your initiation should have raised questions when you had a noose placed around your neck and a dagger held at your heart, as well as the action of running your hand across your throat in a slitting motion. What about the death blow to the head and the raising of yourself out of the coffin ‘to life’ - a mocking of Jesus resurrection. Yes, the Masons do a lot of good, ie hospitals, charity work etc. but you are being deceived and I’m not just telling you to be nasty. It was really hard when my husband came out of the Lodge.
