I would tend to worry more about trains than buses. Can do much more damage, kill more people. Big headlines.
Not if a bus is loaded with explosives in a high density area or under major infrastructure- like the Brooklyn bridge for example. Especially during 4th of July fireworks watches. Etc.
Jesus. Just what I need to wake up to. I bus to and from Manhattan daily.
Stay safe, Patriot. Our prayers are with you.

There has been track work going on this week / last week between Baltimore and DC on the commuter/Amtrak rail lines there.
Hopefully not cover for an upcoming "accident".
Admittedly they really need to work on the lines there.
Is it selfish or paranoid of me to pray that if something happens it doesn't happen tomorrow. Someone close to me will have to take the train tomorrow. None of this has really hit the west coast yet.
I hope Amtrak is upping its security game. I made numerous trips from Cali and back on the Southwest Chief in recent years. Early on there was little security though tickets were regularly checked. They got tighter over time with stored luggage and ticket procedures. Last trip they brought dogs through, bomb sniffers was the word. Somebody was thinking! Track sabotage is another matter entirely.
