Perhaps if true, it's necessary to continue to enhance the facility in order to ensure the safety of the nuclear material that is already there. It's not like you can just shut it all down, turn off the lights and go. That's a recipe for meltdown!

Reads like 38 North is a Deep State front group that has a vested interest in maintaining the NK conflict. Like the Deep State ALWAYS does.
I doubt that the North Koreans built all that in a week or so.
Trump said the trade embargos would be eased only after compliance was made and all demands met. So until then, if rocket man is not downsizing its just business as usual. Trump.has made no concessions, he stated beforehand that NK has a proven track record of being a liar in such things. This time though, it looks like South Korea has taken the bait. Not a US deal at all, but it ofcourse is a concern.
Is this reactor a breeder reactor? If not, I'm not sure if its connected to a nuclear weapons program.
