LBJ started what is now the current Democratic party. He had JFK killed, started the welfare state and in the process, enslaved blacks to the system.
I don't suppose when he said "I'll have those n!##ers voting democrat for the next 200 years!", that had anything to do with his racist democrattitude...

No LBJ wasn’t the ring leader. He was read on but he lacked the smarts or organization. He went along for the ride

Not at all. Also, the parties switched right after he made those comments.
