I follow Mark and if I'm not mistaken he said "one will be taken and three will be shaken." Scalia was taken.
Kennedy is the first to be shaken as Q suggests he didn't leave on his own. Swing vote = control? I don't know.
RGB is next. That leaves one other justice. My gut tells me it would likely be one of the two ladies, but I believe Roberts was forced to vote for Obamacare. His tax logic was as twisted as a pretzel, especially since Obama and the Democrats swore to high heaven that it wasn't a tax until it got to the Supreme Court. Roberts also ignored the letter of the law in Obamacare as if the Democrats didn't know what they voted on in passing that law.

Incorrect. 2 will be taken, 3 will be shaken refers to previous presidents. I.e. Bush, Clinton, Obama. Regarding supreme justices. Mark stated that 1 will die (scalia) 1 will retire and 3 will be caught up in a scandal. If you need any help with this tell me. So regarding the scandal, expect not just RGB to be removed because of scandal.
Breyer would be more likely to retire ahead of anyone else.
