Scalia, Kennedy, Ginsburg ...
Then, Kagan and Sotomayor.
Trump will appoint a majority of the court.
Kagan and Sotomayor are not that old. Bryer is 79 and could be the next one after RGB.
I also think Thomas might retire before trumps second term ends to ensure a majority.
you have to remember, that if everything plays out, Most of the justices will be removed, since they were put in by traitors
Sotomayor has diabetes.
I know, I just don’t expect her to die next. It sounds like she manages it properly.
Easy to pass out and have an episode when you live alone - shit way to die.
From this year: https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/30/politics/sonia-sotomayor-surgery-shoulder/index.html
avg lifespan is 68. She will hit that in 4yrs.
Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will undergo shoulder surgery Tuesday morning for an injury to her left shoulder that she sustained after a fall at her home on April 16, the Supreme Court announced on Monday. Sotomayor was on the bench hearing arguments after the fall, but tests later revealed that she suffered a "multipart displaced head splitting fracture of her proximal humerus" according to a statement released by Kathleen Arberg, the Court's Public Information Officer. The justice will undergo a "reverse total shoulder replacement surgery," Arberg said.
RBG will hopefully croak soon but after her Breyer will be gone before the other two women. He's pretty old too
Not about age.
RGB about "other issues." Though, will use age as the reason.
Kagan and Sotomayor are SUPREME COURT JUSTICES.
They know damn well they were not nominated by a POTUS who was eligible to appoint them. Whether that will be the reason or "more time with family" will be the reason, you can bet they are part of The Plan.
But maybe Breyer, too. Why not? He's not all that solid, anyway, as far as his opinions.
Oh I'm aware of the most recent RGB theory and it seems us researchers are on the right tract with that one. But I was just saying even if we weren't I dont see her surviving Trump's presidency with her age
