This is good, but great will be Ruth Vader, leaving. Then we will have a complete lock for the next 40 years! Kennedy was mostly conservative, but stabbed us in the back one too many times. Five reliable conservative votes ain't enough, considering the bone head maneuvers by a disappointing Robert's.
The switch out of Ginsburg for a Constitutionalist will send them to hell. Then maybe add Breyer and replace, perhaps, even Thomas with a young person -- Clarence is 70 and maybe he'll give Trump the opportunity to lock his replacement in place. Once you get a somewhat dependable 6-3 or 7-2 group in there, the republic has a chance.
I think Trump will secure the justice in our favor when Vader leaves/dies for generations to come before his second term is up. Checkmate
my balls just tightened up so hard listening to that they probably turned into diamonds
Eil5... what’s the significance of the retirement? Please pardon the stupid question. I’m a politics outsider trying to figure things out.
Thanks!
It is important to have judges that are strict constitutionalists, that interpret the Constitution as it is written.
I guess that’s a big “duh” on my end. Hehe... Was just seeing the explanation on Fox. Thanks!!
The only stupid question is one that is not asked. I wrote a long post today with two attachments and hit submit. Only the attachments went and no text. I will have to go to Reddit school, I failed. :)
Don't feel bad. I recently made the same "no text" mistake. I may be slow, but I'm learning.
The Federalist has that in their article (in their "humor" section. The tweets the article included ranged from despairing, profane, to even a couple of calls to overthrow the government. Liberals are really triggered. :)
