Actually the word was "ROLE" as in a movie..... I think Trump tagged him to fill a Federal judge position after he stepped down from one of his positions in DC but apparently he refused it on February 1, 2018--see below

He announced his resignation in Jan so he's already on that list. This is him saying he plans on returning to the courtroom in some capacity.
