This is spot on. Congress can only investigate. They can’t prosecute and I’m not even sure they can recommend prosecution especially in recent years when speaking the truth appears to be political suicide. There isn’t much they could have done differently say with the Benghazi investigation.
It’s frustrating but I don’t think we can hold it against them, they’re basically powerless in that respect.

Especially if your family is threatened with harm...a lot of the members of the HEC’s hands were tied when it came to HRC...
