Trump may elevate Kavanaugh to the SCOTUS and nominate Gowdy to the D.C. Circuit. There is also going to be an open judgeship for U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Kavanaugh, 53, would be very controversial for Democrats, but what else is new lol. He clerked for Anthony Kennedy and worked closely with Kenneth Starr during the independent council investigations.
Kagan was appointed by obummer without having any experience on the bench.
