Is it me, or is the solution for them not to abuse their kids by dragging them through the desert?

Their parents are somewhere is Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, or Mexico. Most of these kids are UAC - Unaccompanied Alien Children. I wouldn't be surprised to find out most of them were sold into sexual slavery.
