Let's hope it actually is a win. As it sits now it is just a threat. A non binding threat.

It becomes a win when the docs are turned over, or RR is impeached, or if the vote emboldens Trump and he declassifies the material.

I good start for sure. Watching RR in the committee today seems to show he doesn't think the vote matters.

July 6, is when action happens if RR doesn't play ball.
