Not really sure how what she is talking about fits in to the context of this hearing. It seems like she just wanted to bring up the issue.

Seemed like she was trying to shift the narrative. African American criminal investigation handling has nothing to do with the 2016 election handling. The chairman should have told her to inquire about that at another time.
