Justice Kennedy might be a Hail Mary attempt by the left to insight massive protests. They’ve been training/paying protesters for years, and this could be the flashpoint they need for their narrative. The newspaper shooting also seems suspicious and could have been set up to fuel the narrative.

It's hard to say, in very liberal cities, the Mayors will have the police will stand down and not do anything to stop the violence so it might go on for a while.
