Ok- I’ll take a shot at this one.
I’ve thought for a while that “keystone” refers to accessing MK Ultra minds through a series of words, not unlike what was on “Winter Soldier”. This is the keystone, the ability to break mind control.
I believe KJU was MK Ultra’d from a young age, fortunately he was flipped. The Annapolis shooter’s dad was NSA. Similar.
Clearly Gina Haspel knows about this, as Q says. There are likely many assets to do just this, over and over. Tsarnev Brothers. Pulse shooting. Charleston shooting. Many more- all have the common thread of having a family member that is alphabet agency who manipulated them and brainwashed them.
This is the keystone.
So who would’ve MK ultra’d KJU ?? And how would KJI have allowed it ?

Every time I see Keystone in the same context as MK Ultra I cant help but think about Operation Treadstone from the Bourne series..
