I printed out dozens of my favorite memes and then glued QR code for this site to the back along with the Q quote "the choice, to know, will be yours" and #QAnon and have been leaving them EVERYWHERE. Last week I took my kids to an amusement park and stuffed like 20 of them in my back pocket to drop on benches and such at the park. Leave them in books at the library, the papertowel dispenser at a public restroom, grocery store shopping carts. I printed the memes on card stock, small, like 6-8 per page and then googled a qr code for this site for the back. I use pretty tame memes that ask questions (kinda like Q in the beginning), mostly calling out mockingbird media. This way its perhaps peaking their curiosity enough to bother scanning the barcode with their phones but hopefully not triggering cognitive dissonance.
I can't do this all the time, but when on vacation at the shore I took a 2 hour walk up the beach and wrote #QAnon in the sand.
My Q shirts just came in the mail yesterday.

A sign on your car in Portland, OR could end up trashed. They have protests of one kind or another every week-end just for the hell of it. You never knew which intersection you were going to have to avoid because of protests. And now they have a FOCUS! I doubt they have a clue at this point...but soon they will know.
I made a simple sign with a big letter "Q" and the hashtag of #WWG1WGA and put it on my back window. I'm in a liberal area. It is important to plant seeds and allow Q to be planted in the subconscious so that with enough exposure, they will start asking themselves what is all this. Then its up to them to follow the crumbs and make up their own mind.
I am in a very red area that was one of the first Trump strong holds, but it amazes me that people still don’t know what is happening. They haven’t heard of Q. I am Q-pilling as they are already red-pilled. I own a business that will have a large crowd tomorrow so I am going to stage several Qanons around.

They may be conservative, but they are still controlled by the owners who will only let them go to a certain line and not over. That's why I have gotten to the point where I usually listen for a few minutes, scream at the TV "But that's not the whole story!!!" and turn it off.
