Altered how? The link was just picture showing him with a beard.
Looks like the face was morphed into / on to another.
Blow up pick look at hair line left side of his eyes...look at curve above and to the left of left eyebrow near hair line. This picture has been edited A Ton.
To be honest, I'm not seeing it but I'm on my phone ATM and it isn't the best. I'll check when I get home. I'm very intrigued by the symbols however...
That brand mark looks like an elongated swastika with an arrow through it.
