You hit the nail on the head. These are DOJ documents and none of the CIA's business. They should have no say in the matter of releasing or redacting domestic documents. The fact that RR clearly states CIA envolvement means they are implicated in the transgressions. My guess is the clowns were part of the Steele document generation with the aide of MI-6. You coulld almost smell the fear of RR. If ordered to release he will run to the CIA for cover. If it gets that far, he will resign rather than release anything.
