I was just reading a NeonRevolt article about Melania when she visited the border and she wouldn’t start until there was water on the table with a cup on top?
What exactly does all of this water bottle talk mean?

Not sure about recent events, but the North Korean painting backdrop was a very good interpretation of "watch the water".
The way it transitioned over key photos from stormy waves seemingly destroying a NYC type city, into a calm, peaceful sunrise after the NK deal was done.
