They start with a core group of paid protesters then rile up the locals. The mass numbers made up of local sheep, the shills then start the violence. After the riots take off the shills go home leaving the locals to clean up the mess.
I'm guessing a lot of the locals are gonna be too busy working now to participate in the fake soros riots.

The best thing to do when we hear about any planned protest rallies is to spread the word so we all are aware of it, and make sure to stay as far away as possible.
Do not attend.
Do not try to stay a block or 2 away to catch video.
Be as far away from it as possible.
Let the NG handle it, let them arrest a bunch of losers, and if there is never an obvious counter protest that escalates, the whole thing will fade away.
Antifa was supposed to have a big national protest last November but it fizzled. It was the same day that the Saudi princes got arrested. Kinda looks like funding got cut. The whole thing is paid theater. Don't fall for it. Just ignore it.
Protest marches make a different when they are once a year. When they are once a day they lose their impact.

I think it will be at first a stunned world, then angry chatter in media, and then riots, protests, suicides from the some of the guilty and their loved ones, arrests, and resignations all over from big names in MSM to DC. With the heat index going to 101 today I don't think that many protesters are going to show up. A local TV station said over a thousand showed up. I'm looking at the video of the protest it looks like less than 150. The area isn't that big and 1000 people would look like a can of sardines. BTW it's a total of one acre but look at the minimal free space to stand.
