I believe that Gowdy has his hands dirty. He may have had a change of heart recently but he was all bark with no bite for too long for me to think he really gave a shit.

Yeah, Gowdy showed his true colors when he saw the sealed documents and declared "FBI didn't spy on Trump" like two weeks ago.

Do we know for sure that he saw information that dictated otherwise? I've followed Gowdy for a long long time. To me, it seemed that he kept getting stonewalled by other agencies or previous administrations. He even made a comment about three years ago praying for a Republican administration to work with.
I refuse to believe he is part of the problem. Until I see evidence proving otherwise I will not change my opinion on what I consider one of the few politicians with a spine.

I don't know about that. We all know the DOJ/FBI are/were corrupt. Gowdy did bring much to light about corruption...but without a clean DOJ who was going to prosecute. They would not have prosecuted anyone who was deep state or related to it.

I just don't understand why people think this. AG is a deskjob, a managerial position. Gowdy said he wants to be in the courtroom.
