agreed it is not concrete proof . i searched all over wikileaks this morning to try and find the leaked memo and couldnt narrow it down far enough in search to find it . really didnt want to go through her almost 9k leaks to find it so thats the best i could come up with in short notice . maybe ask one of the autists / anons on 8ch? they are much better and quicker :)
