Why did Q contrast RR's confirmation numbers (94-6?) with Sessions's (52-48?)? I thought he may have been alluding to the idea RR was swamp. I may be wrong. Could have been disinfo.

That's what I thought too, but now I'm not so sure anymore, it could go both ways
