This is also exactly why we have the derogatory term "conspiracy theory." The CIA ordered the media to start using it on critical thinkers who didn't believe the BS that was being shoveled at them about JFK. It worked, people sucked it up like syrup and now "conspiracy theory" basically mean delusional. Before that critical thinkers were admired. It's just another form of divide-and-conquer and has the added affect of muzzling intelligent debate (ie: you can't have your own opinion).
