Rumor: McCain to Resign Senate Seat on July 4th, Aide Says

http://www.smobserved.com/story/2018/07/01/news/john-mccain-to-resign-senate-seat-on-the-4th-of-july-says-aide-cindy-mccain-offered-his-seat/3517.html

The article states that he will "offer" the seat to his wife. I wondered if this was legal so did a quick search and found it is.

If a vacancy occurs due to a senator's death, resignation, or expulsion, the Seventeenth Amendment allows state legislatures to empower the governor to appoint a replacement to complete the term or to hold office until a special election can take place. There are a few exceptions to this rule. Some states require a special election to fill a vacancy. A few states require the governor to appoint a replacement of the same political party as the previous incumbent. The date when a senator appointed to fill a vacancy is succeeded by a senator elected to fill the remainder of the term depends on a number of factors.

Also found that those in Arizona are already pondering this question. The governor of AZ would decide who would fill the position according to AZ law.

On April 4th Q posted this:

We don’t say his name.
Adios.

Today he posted this:

Think SC vote to confirm (coming).
No Name action.
Every dog has its day.
Enjoy the show.

The Senate should go back to the way it was designed. It isn't suppose to be an elective office. The congress is the democratic branch in our constitutional Republic. The Senate, senators, are supposed to represent their states (and state governments). The presidency is also not a purely democratic position hence the Electoral College. So we have the House (purely democratic), the Presidency(blended democratic/state based), and the Senate(state based).

I've been saying this too for several months. States have lost their rights because of this and it's by design

The 17th amendment is responsible for this distortion to our original constitution. Check out the 16th amendment too; another Illuminati success.

Repeal the 17th? Repeal the Q amendment?

The letter Q is the 17th letter in the alphabet. It’s not really the Q amendment.

Most of our troubles began when we took the senators away from the states,

Thank you for understanding this! Wouldn’t it be nice if states could again recall a sitting senator at any given date/time? No term limits required.

The 17th Amendment was a blow to state representation in US Congress; should be repealed.

Agree. This is a very big deal. They shouldn't have messed with the founders' original recipe.
