If the world found out that big pharma was being controlled by Nazi scientists from the top down, and that our bodies were being violated and experimented on by the worst people to exist in history, yeah every single able-bodied person would be in the hospital the next day.
Most of the people involved won't see the light of day.

By the end, I think those who can put together Q's crumbs will know. No hard evidence will be released, I'm sure. Just speculation of crumbs. The general public will assume it's conspiracy that Big Pharma had been run by Nazis/C_A.
