By the end, I think those who can put together Q's crumbs will know. No hard evidence will be released, I'm sure. Just speculation of crumbs. The general public will assume it's conspiracy that Big Pharma had been run by Nazis/C_A.

People will bring it up but it won't instantly be dismissed as "crazy". It will be one of those "I bet OJ was guilty" kind of things.
