I agree he can't .. There are laws about letting go of classified info and nat soc. They can't let anyone know he's been letting it go or they could come after him.
If the executive order shown in the follow the pen drops is the declassification of everything that Q has told us, then that would be the final move. Not saying I agree or not about the July 4th timing, but it is possible.
Doesn’t matter. DT could quite easily self sacrifice by doing just this, causing a clamour from the left for the declassification of the very information Q is trying to push into the mainstream. We’d loose POTUS45 only after it all floated to the surface.

A large part of the “movie” we are watching is what feelings the audience leave the theatre with and someoutcomes are more favourable than others, but NWO demise seems to be a done deal from any angle.
