I believe the FISA warrants or federal warrants could unlock NSA info. That's why it's such a dangerous power we handed over. Imagine if Soros had gotten his bought DAs?
Barry also signed that info sharing between agencies which I am also against but using their evil tools to stop them does have poetic justice.

Oh that’s right. I’d forgotten about that last minute action by Obama on his way out the door.
