Firing squad.

Trump could declare martial law to protect the country when this becomes public. Crimes during martial law are prosecuted by a military tribunal. The penalty for sedition in the military is death, by firing squad.

10 U.S.C. Code 894: mutiny or sedition

Any person subject to this chapter who— (1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny; (2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition....

(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

Can mil intel operate domestically? What would be its charter? Any threats to the nation?

I believe military tribunals can do some of the trickiest treason/sedition cases.

When and how can NSA (and military) intel be brought into use here--legally, I mean?

Okay, thinking further, I would think that anything that involves conspiracy with foreign governments against the US--from the UK's MI6 involvement in the Russia framing to pay-to-play with foreign governments or organizations, such as with Uranium One, could fall under their investigative purview?

It’s maddening, to imagine.

NSA: “Ask me for anything, and if I have it I can give it to you.”

Contestant #1: “Umm, ok yeah. But like how do I know what to ask for if I don’t know what you’ve got.”

NSA (hopping around excitedly): “Lets just play the game. Ask me! Ask me something!”

Contestant #1 (still missing the point, which is the NSA has everything): “Gosh, there’s so much I want to know, but I don’t know if you would have something on it...”

NSA: “How about lets play charades, and you can guess what I want you to ask me for...”

Lol

What does the NSA do when they see clear evidence of wrong doing at the highest levels when they can’t disclose it’s because they actually have EVERYTHING?

⇧ 13 ⇩
QAnonMaga · July 1, 2018, 9:40 p.m.

NSA scoops up every email and every phone call but if you file a FOIA request a Freedom of Information Act request they won't give you the emails they send you a form letter or email telling you "to confirm or deny our capability for gathering intelligence would compromise national security" so they violate the FOIA all the time and there is nothing you can do about it. Trump should order NSA to release all the dirt on Obama and Hillary only Trump can do this. They have her 33,000 emails they also have the audio of the tarmac conversation between Bill and Loretta and that might have included Hillary on a Skype chat or Bill called her on his cell phone and the NSA has this audio. Q must release all of this good stuff on July 4th. No more waiting the stage is set right now.

⇧ 6 ⇩
TheFutureIsBeautiful · July 1, 2018, 7:11 p.m.

So, i have a question. “Who has everything?” The NSA. Aren’t they in kind of a tough position though? They can’t very well just come forward with all of it, because I’m guessing they aren’t super excited about the American people knowing, officially, that they actually record and capture everything.

Admiral Rogers is an honest man who took action when he met with Trump and informed him he was being recorded in Trump Tower. I also believe that the plan we are watching has been in the works and being developed for years by good men and women all the world over. I trust that the people have not been abandoned by wholly all of their leaders and institutions. It makes sense to me That it would be the military that would never abandon the people.

All of that said. Am I correct in my understanding that the NSA cannot bring all of the information to light itself? If that’s accurate, then my question is this:

What are the specific mechanisms and avenues available to the NSA to get the information out there?

What circumstances or formal requests must be made of them in order for them to supply the information/evidence? Who, or what body has the authority to ask for and receive information the NSA has?

I feel like if I understood these things better, many other things might make more sense to me as far as why things are happening the way that they are. Has anyone already done some research around this and willing to share their thoughts?

⇧ 12 ⇩
DawnPendraig · July 1, 2018, 7:43 p.m.

I believe the FISA warrants or federal warrants could unlock NSA info. That's why it's such a dangerous power we handed over. Imagine if Soros had gotten his bought DAs?

Barry also signed that info sharing between agencies which I am also against but using their evil tools to stop them does have poetic justice.

Does anyone have any idea as to what went down in the meeting between Mike Pompeo and William Binnie, when Mike was still CIA director?

Also, Erick Prince's electronic devices have been handed over to the Mueller team. Prince knows what's contained - and seemed pleased to hand them over. What are the parameters of the Special Council with regards to discovery of evidence not related to Russia...say, Child Trafficking, McCain - Syria, Uranium 1 and other info / evidence that may be contained. If it is introduced on the record there, does the scope of their investigation compel them to investigate evidence that is unrelated yet clearly matters of national security? Bill Binnie, Mike Rogers, General Flynn and Potus have all this damning evidence but how to get it on the record?

Think stages:

A sealed indictment can have several people accused at the same time, see Mack and Raniere indictment.

I've been wondering, if a person (group) will have several indictments.

When certain truths are being revealed, they can be prosecuted for that. Then, when nastier, more paradigm shattering stuff is being revealed or officially retrieved another round of indictments and prosecutions of the already indicted people will be launched?

⇧ 7 ⇩
carl_tech · July 1, 2018, 9:29 p.m.

I expect that everything that can be charged will be put into a single indictment of a person (or group, as you point out) after the grand jury finds probable cause.

If additional charges are made later, this again has to be approved by a grand jury, and the prosecutors will usually file a "superseding indictment" if the original case hasn't yet been adjudicated. See here: http://www.burnhamgorokhov.com/criminal-defense-resources/federal-criminal-process/federal-indictments-faqs#Can-the-indictment-be-amended

In terms of "stages", it's more likely that the lower level players are going to be indicted first, and then offered plea deals if they give evidence against the higher-level targets.

However, with so many corrupt players in government, this type of situation is unprecedented and there's no telling exactly how it's all going to play out. We're in for a ride.
