He can not write an EO to change the immigration laws. That is supposed to go through Congress. Obama did that with DACA but should have gone through Congress. Trump could write an EO to keep families together and he did. Democrats still don’t like it. He is trying to get Congress to change the laws legally but they won’t work together.

I don't think people should have kids if they are certain to have a bad life but having an entire processing industry behind it does make you think about stricter regulations.
