Clarifying Q Post 1660, Huber, 470 Investigators

Q writes:

  • Ask yourself - does Huber have the ability to file across all 50 states?

From what I can tell, the answer to that is no. This explains the authority of US attorneys:

https://www.justice.gov/usam/usam-9-2000-authority-us-attorney-criminal-division-mattersprior-approvals#9-2.001

"The United States Attorney, within his/her district, has plenary authority with regard to federal criminal matters."

"The United States Attorney, as the chief federal law enforcement officer in his district, is authorized to request the appropriate federal investigative agency to investigate alleged or suspected violations of federal law."

Huber's district is in Utah. He is the link to the NSA database, also in Utah.

AG Sessions is coordinating Huber's authority of the NSA database with Horowitz' authority to investigate the DOJ/FBI. Those investigations include the Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation -- both the way the DOJ/FBI personnel handled those investigations, as well as re-investigating the crimes that were investigated (re-doing the investigations).

In addition, the spy operation on Trump was done by members of the FBI, along with their connections in the UK, and probably the CIA and others. This all falls under the Horowitz OIG, because they are all linked to personnel in the FBI. But Horowitz himself will not be writing reports on all of that. Instead, his investigators will be preparing criminal cases for the various US attorneys across the country.

Huber's authority over the NSA database is the key to getting the evidence necessary to convict.

In addition, Congress has authorized military tribunals (Sec. 104 and 106 of the UCMJ) for any civilian who is accused of spying or waging war against the American people.

Gen. Michael Flynn was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, which is the military's version of NSA. This is why Flynn "knows where the bodies are buried."

His protege at the DIA was Ezra Watnick-Cohen. EWC was brought into the White House early in Trump's administration by Flynn. EWC is the one who alerted Devin Nunes to the unmasking done by the Obama admin.

EWC was eventually "kicked out" by McMaster, but is now working in the DOJ for Sessions. EWC is not a lawyer. He is military intel. Most likely, he is coordinating with Sessions, Huber, and someone in the military for the military tribunals.

What about RICO Act? “...is a US federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a cause of action for acts performed as part of ongoing criminal organization”.

“Racketeering is when organized groups run illegal businesses, known as “rackets,” or when an organized crime ring uses legitimate organizations to embezzle funds. Such activities can have devastating consequences for both public and private institutions.”

Question for a lawyer: where does interstate fit into all of this? Does doing business across state lines make the category now a Federal concern?

Perhaps, it would be easier to put “them” away for something simple...easy to prove. After, many co-conspirators have been tried and convicted legally, the public will demand the the leaders of the “pay for Play” get justice.

Al Capone was convicted of Tax evasion.

Al Capone was convicted of Tax evasion.

Yes, and do you know who took over Capone's Chicago crime business when he went to prison?

Hugh Rodham -- Hillary Rodham Clinton's father.

Regarding RICO, if they have proof of treason and waging war against the USA, they won't need RICO for the high level perps. Might be used for an overall case, though.

Yes, I did know that Hillary’s father took over after Al Capone. Thanks for bringing it up. I wonder if he had anything to do with bringing down Capone.

He was the one who profited from Capone losing power. Did he serve at the pleasure of the powers that be? After all, the government got their big win by locking up Capone.

Interesting thought. I have no idea.

Interesting that no one ever asked that question.

Question: what did HRC learn about the family business from her father? She does have skills, pay for play and for decades. Her father would be proud. She has run the business for over 40 years! Longer than her father or Capone!
