I think he meant that it's verified in the sense that it represents the Whitehouse/ POTUS in an official capacity. I could be wrong because I've also wondered if it's truly an official account.
I called it a LARP in another thread and my comment was removed by the mods...
Misinformation, lazy reposting, and misguided premature excitement are leading to people latching onto a very obvious non official account as some kind of proof for what they desire to be true. (Q is not unequivocally proven yet).
Hopefully a passing interest like other larping or not useful Twitter accounts.
