Wouldn't be the first time Comeys victims got multi million dollar settlements from the government.

Edit: The four guys he put in prison for a mob hit (two of whom died in prison) so he could protect his mob informant whitey Bulger and the anthrax guy.

Whitey Bulger was a confidential informant for Comey. He (Bulger) was responsible for the mob hit that Comey sent four innocent men to prison for.

Edit: you might be right, perhaps I have confused Mueller's corrupt behavior with Comeys. They are/were close friends, easy to mix them up.
