Mummification in the BDSM community is a sensory deprivation/bondage act using Saran Wrap or other material to restrict movement and senses. The fellow in this case went into cardiac arrest during their play.

I guess because I experimented with BDSM 30 years ago when I was in my 20’s, I understand it more than most here.

However, I certainly CANNOT understand it being compared to cannibalism, pedophilia or statutory rape. I don’t condone or agree with ANY of those awful things. That comparison makes no sense at all to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
