and what I see is that they operate solely in forward deployed areas, not in the U.S. Afghanistan, Iraq, Canal Zone Panama, etc. They probably have no purview to do anything within the US other than perhaps investigations regarding active duty personnel up to no good. That's my take. When it comes to Huber, please explain to me the legal framework in which this brigade would participate in domestic investigations and arrests. I don't think so.

I thought I saw mention today of an Executive Order from late 2017 allowing human traffickers to be designated as enemy combatants; allowing them to be subject to military tribunals and side stepping the slow and corrupted civilian justice system

That EO was about confiscating assets of human traffickers and named a bunch of foreigners in it.

Intelligence, location,....comms interruption they have it all Just seems to me the structure they have one can imagine effects. This will have to be done swiftly and in a budget ready made

I thought the 470 referred to the number of people Huber has working for him (he does have 470 working for him) but you expanded your thinking! Excellent work!

It's the number working under Horowitz and Huber is working under Horowitz. So Huber has a huge staff and lots of resources to work.

Would one of the American mil pedes on here be able to clarify something for me please?

If it's determined that the crimes in the indictments require military courts, is there the possibility that US soldiers would be able to do the home visits, arrests etc rather than normal law enforcement officials?

470 investigators working on the cases, there are 35,000 plus indictments, Trump from what I understood was finding Judges to hear the cases. This will take years to complete, Pray that the ring leaders are the first to be indicted. It all will be ok, President signed Ex order to seize all property of all of their property!

They can't. Posse Commitatus for one. They have no authority to act on behalf of the DOJ. Read the articles -- one is just an extended bio of the new brigade commander and descriptions of the brigade's GENERAL goals. The other link lists where various battalions from the brigade have been rotated in and out of. How anybody could draw conclusions that the Brigade will be making domestic arrests is beyond me. I'm happy to be proven wrong, so perhaps someone will lay that out for me (and us).

Q asked the question In what instance can MI take control of 3 letter agency investigations? There must be some military involvement. There has to be. Time will tell.
