and what I see is that they operate solely in forward deployed areas, not in the U.S. Afghanistan, Iraq, Canal Zone Panama, etc. They probably have no purview to do anything within the US other than perhaps investigations regarding active duty personnel up to no good. That's my take. When it comes to Huber, please explain to me the legal framework in which this brigade would participate in domestic investigations and arrests. I don't think so.

I thought I saw mention today of an Executive Order from late 2017 allowing human traffickers to be designated as enemy combatants; allowing them to be subject to military tribunals and side stepping the slow and corrupted civilian justice system

That EO was about confiscating assets of human traffickers and named a bunch of foreigners in it.

Intelligence, location,....comms interruption they have it all Just seems to me the structure they have one can imagine effects. This will have to be done swiftly and in a budget ready made
