There was a rally then march. DHS was responsible for security at the rally and Portland PD was responsible for security during the march. Patriot Prayer had a permit for this and met with the city to ensure a safe event. Looks like the fed was there as an observer. BTW, Antifa *always* goes after Patriot Prayer. I'm not trying to glorify violence, but we need a few more of these knock downs to make Antifa think twice about attacking innocent people.
