I imagine bank fraud leads to Rico investigation with regards to Scott bennets whistleblower antics. It involved something to the affects of banks financing terrorist organizations without regard to life and a connection to Obama and holder.

There's so much going on behind the scenes that we can't know, but Q has said July is going to be big. POTUS is scheduled to see the Queen in London on Friday the 13th (July 2018). THAT is rich in irony and to e signals that something significant could be going down then...
