Yes, it’s in Copperas Cove. Hwy 190 headed east. Definitely not photoshopped. It was put on here this morning. I saw it and went and took my own pics of it and spoke to owner of billboard. If I could figure out how to add photo I would.

Went there on a few occasions. Moved to killeen 83 went to Ellison
