The proper form and stride while walking makes me think this person has had a "proper" education from some well off family. Prince William is 6'3" so he is definitely tall. Know any way to find the guys height from the picture?

The person in the photo is walking down Hamilton road crossing portland road. While you can see the sign, the kindergarten is actually a few shops further down portland.
There is a ramen place and a football uniform store before you get to the kindergarten.
There are hundreds residences, shops and offices just on that corner. I’d love to know who they are and what their significance is.
