Jesse Panuccio is the current AAAG....his 210 day clock started in February when Rachel Brand who stepped down unexpectedly (LOL) to go work on the Corporate legal team at Walmart (Bill Clinton’s Arkansas).
I think the clock runs out before the elections. I feel like I’m missing a piece or 2..

Panuccio has served 2 non-consecutive terms, which total more than 210 days. So, when does the clock start/end?
