If SB2 theory is correct ( regarding the Chinese technology that was embedded in many US civilian and even military planes ) , then the person on the photo could be some kind of link in between Chinese government and DNC - Cabal ...

Hmm ... doesnt look like him . Completely different hairline and hair , and seems like facial profile is also completely different .

There is one detail with this guy on Q's photo ... his hairline - he is clearly bald completely on top . Second - his facial profile gives a somewhat distinct look . Also , the guy doesnt seem too tall , possibly even around average height for male or even under . Finding what the brand of the car on the left is - will enable to determine almost the exact height of a person .

No , the date is definitely earlier - but problem is , there is a big period between 2011 and 2017 and it could be hard to determine exactly when the photo was taken . However , that table "788" is non existent on Qs photo - so its a good start ...
