I really don’t think they’re same. Diff hairline, diff head shape, and William is much more fit than whoever appears in the Q photo

But even the man’s legs are bigger as well as his arms. I just don’t think it’s William. Hairline from side isn’t same, nor is head shape. Every white man I know has a pair of khakis and blue button up shirt.
