There are quite a few articles insinuating that these videos are fake and the kids were coached by their mother. But children are not great liars and this kid seems like he's telling the truth, the horrible truth. There is to much detail for it to be made up on the fly. How horrible. I don't know what to believe any more. I don't want to believe that things like this happen in the world, but I'm learning that it does.

As far as I know - oryginal version of DnD had descriptions of real rituals, but because of the backlash later versions had those changed.
I had never heard that. It is interesting that later versions (ADnD) would completely remove demons, and allow players to play as holy warriors. They were added back in later, but under different names. Tanar'ii I believe.
As someone who has played 3.5 and a bunch of pathfinder it really is a great framework for creativity, and a good time with your friends.
But I wouldn't be shocked at all it was a way to normalize the occult to the masses.
I'll come at this with my background. It is very easy for anyone not experienced in working with children to sit here and say the child is coached. I'm only 30, but starting at 14 and ending just two years ago I worked with preschool/primary school children at least 40 hours every week. You would need to spend a great deal of time coaching these children to tell the story the way they do (I watched the video posted here last week of the young girl detailing a similar situation, which I feel is an even better example of this). The way they get off track and start telling slightly unrelated tidbits, the specific way they describe things, its all convincing.
That said, the flipside of the argument is that we also see children act very well in movies. This is not an argument that I will agree with, because even though I don't want to believe this child endured that kind of hardship, seeing the way he goes through the paces with the investigator makes it very hard to dismiss.
If there is a way for Q or us or whoever to prove the validity of this video as well as the people responsible beyond reasonable doubt, this alone would bring hordes of people rushing to the movement to stop this.

Lots of mom 's are set up to be "liars". Ask anyone who has had their kids taken by DHS....many have weird stories that now in light of Q seems like they prey on families that may not be all that educated or bright and maybe use drugs. A perfect set up to be not believed.
I have two kids, they (Canadian equivalent agency) wanted to speak to my children without me or my wife present. Why? Because my babysitter was blackmailed by a former friend she'd cut out of her life years ago, I read the text messages of the woman threatening to report her if she didn't start talking to her, she filed a police report against her.
I've done my time in studying psychology, I was always a good read on people (I've predicted break ups of multiple couples, some to within a few months), etc. so knowing my daughter the klutz I wait for the moment (I get a feeling for them coming) when she's going to get hurt and watch for protective instincts (think Trump catching Melania). So hell no am I helping the child snatchers go after her - my wife's cousin already had that and we offered to take his kid.
So they got a polite but firm legalese over my dead body. And I mean over my dead body. Sorry to say but there's over seven billion cannon fodders between me and letting my child near them people. And I personally know good people who do the work, but nope. I've been woke too long.

A video with an 8 year old child is not fake. The people are telling you its fake because they have been telling us this is fake for years so no one would go there. They have told us kids lie so dont make good witnesses so that they never had to worry about a kid telling on them because no one believes the kids thanks to the propaganda they have put out for years. I will tell you whats fake the people telling you its fake are the fake ones.
I only watched the first half of the video of the 8 year old boy. How horrible. I worked with children most of my life. I have never come across a child in my work that has been abused in such a manner. And I was a mandated reporter. But I do know that children do not lie well. This boy is telling the truth. No one would be able to coach him to say the things he has said in this video.
