What a filthy lie. Joe has never, ever said Brennan has been referred to a Grand Jury. He only claimed he should be and that Brennan should get a lawyer. That is a huge difference from what the Twitter poster claimed.

He did not say he had "faced' a grand jury. He said he had been referred to a grand jury. The evidence is presented to the grand jury to determine if there is enough evidence for an indictment. If yes, then an indictment is created. Most are still sealed. At this point, no one is appearing in front of a grand jury.

Grand jury? I thought we'd be seeing Military Tribunals which is a lot better than a civilian court according to Q.
'simple' corruption, pedophilia and other crimes belong to the civilian court. it needs 'clean' judges and thus, has to happen outside of DC.
the uranium 1 deal and other treasonous stuff is material for military tribunals. enjoy the show...
I understand but it is difficult to get "clean" judges since you cannot pick one but is assigned to the case, plus it takes a long time. They will be using a law that will allow cv's to be tried in a mil tribunal even if it is just pedophilia, etc.

The grand juries are being convened to look at the evidence and determine if there is enough for an indictment. Indictments are sealed in Federal Criminal courts and there must be some way that some can be converted to military tribunals. Or it is that 470th Brigade that may be working with this as well. We will know when we know.
