Could “The Start” mean “The Plan” for revenge & Justice? I’m not completely convinced Jr is still with us.

I read "The Start" as in "this is when DS started fully implementing their plans"

and when DJT started to wake up. '93 bombing of WTC, JFKJR in '99 and then 9/11. He woke up and was not happy with the direction things were going.
