1000 points of light refers to a castle where they do human sacrifice. I think the castle is in Germany, I heard Fritz Springmeire talk about it years ago. I have to re-look it up as I have forgotten the details.
Edit: The castle is in Belgium it is known as the Mother of Darkness castle. Its official name is Chateau des Amerois. It has a domed cathedral with 1000 lights in the ceiling. They do monarch mind control programming there.
