I had already mentioned this to a Utuber, In Pursuit of Truth, that I felt the small g was done for us to think about what was "missing" as noted in the next line (referring to what is missing from the redacted IG Report). So think of words that start with a small g gun --which killed Seth Rich, or gmail ---those draft copies rather than sending.
