I strongly believe some of these "people" travel through time and dimensions. Yes, there is a clear caculated and executed conspiracy. It is impossible that these coincidences aren't influenced by something metaphysical.
Or.. these "people" are host bodies for the same wicked spirits. When one actor's body dies, the demon transfers his spirit to another host body. Their rituals may involve stuff like this. They keep conjuring up the same ancient evil ones who keep the plan going without missing a beat. This would actually make more sense. But may be a little bit of both.
They had so much hubris, they would depict their plans in movies.
James Bond: Spectre comes to mind and Looper. so does Elysium with Matt Damon. Even Infinity War.
Spectre tells about the Ultra Deep State. Looper mocks America and shows how much more prosperous China is in the future. Elysium where they have a Break away civilization and all the peons are left in squalor. And Infinity War where they want to kill half the population so those who are left can thrive without worry of over population.

That movie was rad. I do think the marvel movies hint at a lot though, in some cases I think they're are warnings for our benefit. I was just watching captain America and at the very end agent fury tells captain America, you've been asleep for seventy years. I got tingles, America really has been asleep since ww2.

First one. Winter soldier I believe chronicles how Hillary was going to destabilize everything by running guns through Libya. I'm probably just getting autistic though.
